Financial Help

Some students may be eligible for financial support to help them cover the cost of studying at Coulsdon College. Usually this support would come from the government’s 16-19 bursary scheme or the FE Free Meals Allowance.

You can download a copy of our Student Financial Support policy here. Please note that the information contained In this document is only relevant for the academic year 2017 - 18.

If you think you may be eligible for a bursary and would like to apply for support you can download an application form and additional information here or collect a form from Student Reception. Completed forms and supporting evidence should be returned to Wendy Cook, Bursary Administrator.

If you have any queries about your bursary application, please email wendy.cook@coulsdon.ac.uk

For other sources of financial help, please see www.direct.gov.uk. Search for 'Financial Help for 16-19 year olds'.

Travel

Before accepting a place at Coulsdon, students should investigate the time and cost involved in travelling to and from College. The College is able to provide only a very limited amount of financial support to assist with travel costs for students who qualify for the bursary.

The 60 and 466 buses stop right outside the College.

The nearest rail stations are Coulsdon South and Coulsdon Town. There is a free College bus pick up service from Coulsdon South Rail Station from 8.30am on College Term days.

Please visit  www.tfl.gov.uk for detailed information and updated routes.

Due to the limited amount of parking available, there is restricted student parking at the College. Students are advised to use public transport to get to College, or park courteously in surrounding streets.
