Finance and Travel
We have recently switched from CoulsdonPay to iPay. iPay is an online payment system used by students to top up their cards to use in the refectory, pay for trips or purchase items available in the online shop.
Funds can be topped up using both debit and credit cards and parents are able to review payment history, current balance and what items their children have purchased.
Students can access the iPay platform here and log-in using their College ID number and password. Please note the platform cannot be accessed using Internet Explorer.
You may be able to apply for financial support from the 16 – 18 Bursary Fund which is designed to help those who face financial hardship. Payments can be used to meet the costs of things like essential course equipment, materials, field trips and travel.

Before accepting a place at Coulsdon, students should investigate the time and cost involved in travelling to and from College. The College is able to provide only a very limited amount of financial support to assist with travel costs for students who qualify for the bursary.
The 60 and 466 buses stop right outside the College.
The nearest rail stations are Coulsdon South and Coulsdon Town. There is a free College bus pick up service from Coulsdon South Rail Station from 8.30am on College Term days.
Please visit www.tfl.gov.uk for detailed information and updated routes.
Due to the limited amount of parking available, there is restricted student parking at the College. Students are advised to use public transport to get to College, or park courteously in surrounding streets.
