With exams looming, Coulsdon College is increasing its student support.

Many students find exam time stressful.

As well as a comprehensive display in the ILC (Independent Learning Centre)  giving tips for improving exam technique and dealing with exam stress and pressure, the College is organising workshops in the Atrium.  Held on Wednesday afternoons these will include meditation and relaxation techniques to help students beat exam stress and do their best.

Talking about feelings can also help.  Students can confide in their tutors or visit Sandra Barber, our in-house counsellor.
