Selected students receive special Leavers’ Awards
On Wednesday 20th May 2015, 19 Upper Sixth students received special Leavers’ Awards from Principal Brett Freeman in recognition of their outstanding contribution to their studies and the College.
Students were short-listed by course teachers and invited to an informal ceremony at the College where Brett praised them for their hard work and continuing involvement at College. He said, “These students put the most in and got the most out; their attitude and willingness to work hard benefitted not only themselves but lifted the quality of the classes they were in and indeed the whole College”.
All the students should be very proud of their achievements; Brett went on to say, “Their effort will be rewarded not only in their brilliant examination results but in their very positive individual futures”. We wish them all the best for the future.
