A2 Photography Students entered the Annual Photographic Competition with enthusiasm. They were asked to submit up to 5 colour photographs illustrating student life. A display of the entries has been in the Atrium for a week and there has been much discussion about who should be the winners.
The winners were announced this morning and prizes were presented by College Principal, Brett Freeman.
First Prize, £50 Amazon Voucher – Megan Rogers
Second Prize, £25 Amazon Voucher – Grace Audus
Third Prize, £15 Amazon Voucher – Tom O’Neill
Megan and Grace will be given the opportunity to become the official student photographers for 2016/17
Megan was delighted with her first prize. She explained “Im really pleased. I love the photography A Level I’m doing here and hope to go on to study photography at University. The chance to work with the Marketing Department at the College, photographing events will be very valuable experience for me.”
