Our A Level Biology and BTEC Medical Science students were busy getting to grips with the lambs’ hearts, as they performed heart dissections this week.
They were using this activity to enhance and apply their knowledge of the mammalian circulatory system, in preparation for their exams.
The students thoroughly enjoyed the experience, with one student sharing that it had opened up their curiosity about the circulatory system and the heart.
